Distraction During Study Sessions – Looking for Ideas
While studying, I often find it hard to stay focused, especially during long sessions. I’m looking for simple ways to reset my focus without completely interrupting my workflow.
A colleague recently suggested taking short creative breaks, like coloring something easy. Surprisingly, it really helps! For example, using a Mother’s Day coloring pages as a quick break allowed me to relax and return to my tasks with a clear mind.
Does anyone else experience this? I’d love to hear other tips for dealing with mental fatigue during intense study or programming sessions.
